On 21 August 2020 the Federal Court of Australia made orders in relation to the conduct of the second meeting of creditors in the Administration of Virgin Australia Holdings Ltd and other related Virgin companies. The orders enable union representatives to represent their members at the forthcoming second meeting of creditors.
